I am the only shop in Basingstoke the surrounds that stokes this great cacao

 

1 x 180g Venezuelan Black, 100% Pure Cacao, Carenero Superior Single Beam Origin with Nut and Spice Characteristics.  It can be used as an ingredient for the recipe's listed on the label (Hot Chocolate, Cloud Forest Chocolate Cake & truffles) among other things.  It says it may contain traces of nuts.

This is the product that Channel 4 have made a documentary about the making of with Willie Harcourt-Cooze

 I believe this is only available in London at the moment so anyone outside the M25 cant get their hands on the stuff.
