Terms of Trade

* Payment is by credit or debit card via Paypal secure server, cheque, bank transfer or credit account.

* Delivery is 5 - 7 working days for UK destinations by Royal mail or courrer. Delivery charge of £3.95 for orders under £75

* The Cocoa Dream (CD) cannot guarantee delivery within these times. Please e-mail if more than 3 days late.

* CD cannot be held liable, for any loss of order or revenue, due to the failure, for what ever reason, by CD to deliver the goods ordered or part thereof.

* CD reserve the right to refund all or part of an order if the goods ordered are not available for dispatch within the above delivery times.

* CD reserve the right to change carrier at any time without notice.

* CD must be notified upon receipt of the goods of any damage or defect with in 24 hours. Damaged parcels should not be accepted from the carrier.

* The buyer is responsible for any local taxes and import charges

* Invoices relating to goods supplied on credit must be settled in full within 28 days of the date of invoice.

* CD reserve the right to charge interest at 10% above The bank of england base rate on all invoices not settled within the above term.

* All goods remain the property of CD until paid for in full.
